So So good! Made this for my brother and his family, they loved it. The meatloaf was amazing, moist and fill of flavor and the potatoes..OMG...all the goodness from the meatloaf adds to the potatoes. Will definitely make this over and over again.

Hi Laura! I follow you from Italy, I live not so far away from your family! I'm so happy to see how you cook Italian food in America, so many foreign people cook things adding mozzarella and tomatoes saying "well, that's Italian style !".
Well, hell no! That's not Italian food! You cook like the Italian style cause you are Italian! You show how we are not just pizza and spaghetti, our food is so special and different and you make proper justice to it and I'm so happy to see how people love our recipes and our food, our real food! (sorry for my bad English though, I'm trying to improve my English skills :-D )
