I do find it amusing to see that for as long as humans have been around, we've always been humans. Complaining about your day at work is literally as old as human society. Wanting to prove you can outdo your neighbor, since the times that humans had homes. Even more amusing, seeing that we are now transcribing our books and important documents onto ceramic tablets yet again. I feel like the old adage still holds true to this day: 'The more things change, the more they stay the same'.

In the encyclopedia "Naturalis Historia" written by the Roman author Pliny is written: "According to Epigenes, the Sumerian astronomical observations recorded on clay tablets are 720, 000 years old". This means that the Greek must have found clay tablets and that they deciphered them. And mankind is so much older than we think.
Can you do something about this terrible music please.

The Sumerians spoke a language isolate (a language that has no demonstrable genetic connection to any other language). They were conquered by the Semite speaking Akkadians long before the Hebrew language existed. Eventually, the Sumerians were assimilated into Akkadian society.

kind of just glosses over how big a deal the flood myth is and the likelihood of a cataclysm reducing humanity to a low point from a prior level of relative advancement

@BBC I'm a bit confused, I read people started using money, currency and writing very late in the history then how came these ladies 5000 years ago were complaining and writing each other about how much their husbands were sending them money and how came they're writing letters to each other, plz put some light on both of them.

Some of the viewers missed the message but have found time to bash the bbc and complain there was no content. Listen and learn, people, listen and learn.

Flood traditions (tablets) show differences in details from the Genesis account. This is as expected.
They only show a COMMON source and origin.
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM????
