Nuclear WW3 against Nato is a ‘REAL DANGER’ warns Putin chief

A NUCLEAR world war is now a "real" danger and Britain and Nato would be a "legitimate" target, Russia's foreign minister has warned.

In a chilling message, Sergei Lavrov said the risk of World War Three is now "considerable" and must not be "underestimated".

Lavrov accused Nato forces of "pouring oil on the fire" by supplying arms to Ukrainian troops - and claimed Russia wanted to prevent a nuclear war at all costs.

In an interview with Russian news agencies, he said: "This is our key position on which we base everything. The risks now are considerable.

"I would not want to elevate those risks artificially. Many would like that. The danger is serious, real, And we must not underestimate it."

And the war hawk said Britain and other Nato countries "would be a legitimate target" after "pumping weapons into Ukraine".

Lavrov said: "Nato, in essence, is engaged in a war with Russia through a proxy and is arming that proxy. War means war."

The foreign minister also criticised Kyiv's approach to peace talks with Moscow.

He said: "Goodwill has its limits. But if it isn't reciprocal, that doesn't help the negotiation process."

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba described Lavrov's comments as a sign of Russia's weakness.

A reminder that Russia was putting bounties on American soldiers in Afghanistan. And Russia has directly supplied the Ukrainian separatists since 2014. Russia has sent military weapons to nearly every single one of NATO's adversaries. It makes no sense for Russia to complain about NATO supplying the Ukrainian military.

Sergei Lavrov is an astonishing individual. He was the worlds first recipient of the flip top head. Russian scientist have performed a groundbreaking operation on him. They can flip his head open and wash his brain clean of any common sense and factual reality and still make him talk on state tv. Hats off to those guys. 👏🏼

Its not proxy. It is legal to provide weapons to a country which is defending against the aggressor.
He is wrong.... it is totally legal according to international law to provide weapons to defending country in a war.

Becoming tiring, we know you have nukes, so does NATO - we aren’t the ones threatening to use them though. It’s in no one’s interests, especially not Russias to escalate this further. It is what it is, and judging by their performance in Ukraine I don’t think Russia would fair too well against NATO either. Yes, the U.K is perhaps a target, but war would have been declared well before any big red buttons are being pushed. As for the war by proxy, Putin is the creator of your peoples destiny and has been for 22 years. European citizens far and wide deplore Russias invasion in Ukraine and the manner in which Russia has spread its propaganda to justify its war crimes domestically. The west must start increasing the production of oil and drive the current price per barrel down. The energy crisis will drive Europe in to a recession soon otherwise. America, Venezuela and the Middle East could all increase production. Putin has been taking 1 bill € per day from Europe for oil which is funding his war despite sanctions being imposed. We must apply more pressure, and not allow these playground bullies to throw their weight needlessly around.
