Some people are saying there's too little steak, but there's definitey more than enough.

Why do people outside of Philly think green peppers go hand in hand with a cheesesteak. I'd like to know where that came from. Sure you can add them on there Just like you can add jalapenos or mushrooms if you want but it's not a thing in Philly. You might see 1 out of every 100 get peppas on it.
