How I lost 1.5 stones

It’s estimated that around 25% of adults in England are obese and a further 38% are overweight but not obese.
That’s a lot of unhealthy people.
Remember obesity is a big killer.
In this video, I’ll going to tell you 4 thing that helped me to lose 10kg in 5 months:
1. Intermittent fasting – This really worked for me and helped me to control my calorie intake. Intermittent fasting is when you fast and you give yourself a window when you can eat. It can be a 4 hour, or 5 or even 6 hours window. My window was from 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. You could start off with a 6 hour window and then slow reduce that to 4 hours. For me, it wasn’t really strict fasting like I fast in the month of Ramadan where you’re not even allowed water to drink. You’ll find that if you eat in moderation during your window hours, you’ll begin to lose weight over time. I took weekends off, so on Saturday’s and Sunday’s I would not do intermittent fasting. Weekends were rest days for my body.
2. Regular exercise – exercising is so important that you must exercise daily. You basically need to be more active and move your body more often. I preferred to do walk instead of running or going to the gym to do heavy weightlifting. I walk on average 30 minutes every day. It could be walking on the roads or on the treadmill.
3. Use a small amount of turmeric mixed in hot water with lemon and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach – Turmeric is a spice used in the Indian Subcontinent for cooking. The turmeric lemon drink is a good detox for your body. Turmeric is also good for pain relief and assists in weight loss.
4. The Golden Rule – Don’t eat after 6pm or 6:30pm. You don’t want to be going to bed to sleep on a full stomach. Never forget the golden rule and always sleep once your food has fully digested.
That’s how I was able to lose 10kg in 5 months. It worked for me, it should work for you too and help you to lose some kg’s. Have fun, stay active and keep healthy.
