I have done Weight Watchers on and off for years so bored with it .. need to do calories, have 1.5 stones to lose before July, your video makes perfect sense thank you x

Aside from the great information here, you could use this video for a party. A shot every time he says weight.

he is using the muscle phase as an example . so if a normal person going gym just for fitness and wants to see weightloss just focus cardio body weight training and focus on eating plan.. put then if u do weights course ur body build but women dont have the same horomones as man to look at hench.. but he is right focus on body fat and recommend just drop 200 -250 cals deficit from 2000 cals . if u like bmi and weighing could do it once amonth

balance change with calories can take a month or too balance depends on the client .

weight watcher is a con as i worked out the point 23 budget calculated to 500 calories which is far to restrictive and they only follow guidance from americain nutritionist . they are good for wellness just not long eating

Yes and no. I'm 16st, mostly fat. There's no way in hell, as a 5ft 4" female, that i'll stay 16st because I'm adding muscle at a similar rate at losing fat. Unless I roid myself up and aim to be a body builder, but that's not exactly the agenda for the majority of the population. Sure, I want to tone up too, but I also want to lose 2-3st. Basically, the answer to the question which you skirted around for 3/4 of this video that's supposed to be "what's the quickest way to lose 1st?" Is a large calory deficit (healthy diet with proper portions) and doing a little more excersise than you do at the moment to stay active.
My problem is a sedentry lifestyle, depressing office job + low income = shitty food. Im hungry but more because i'm bored 🫠
