Longsilog

Ingredients
* Longanisa
* 3 tbsp butter
* Neutral oil
* 4 cups day old rice
* 15 cloves garlic(minced)
* 1/2 tsp msg
* Eggs
* Tomatoes
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a wok, sauté garlic in butter and 2 tbsp of oil until browned.
2. Add rice and season with msg.
3. Mix thoroughly for a few minutes on medium heat and set aside.
4. In a pan, cover longanisa with 1 inch of water and cook on medium heat until all the water has evaporated.
5. Fry longanisa until browned from cooking in its own fat.
6. Heat 1/4 cup of oil until shimmering and fry eggs.
7. Season with salt and pepper and baste until egg whites are fully set.
8. Cut tomatoes and season with salt.
9. Eat with ketchup or spicy vinegar.
