I use Freeform btw it’s alright but I prefer horizontal lines for notes but it only has dotted paper

Here's is one thing i wanted to ask, for eg if we want to edit any pdf book like highlight, write on it then can it be done through note-taking apps like goodnotes. Like we have to save the pdf on the app then we can highlight reaccess from there?
