I cant get that on my lenovo tab but for base note taking I have really been enjoying note wise! They dont have templates like that but they do have some really nice features and lots of paper types. So its very good considering its free!

I have downloaded and found very basic
It doesn’t even have a function to draw/ insert table
Most of the templates are paid
Appreciate if you can share app which is help to use lot of templates stickers and draw and do a lot with visualisation
