You don't have to place the dumbbell that high up, either between your thighs or calfs is good. Also you're too upright, you should dip at more of an angle to really target your chest and triceps.

I think this works best at a at home or personal gym, I don’t wanna give people my cooties 😅

I mean I did this but it got awkward carrying heavy dumbells across the gym and think its easier with the belt but without belt whatever gets the job done
