When doing Knee Tuck Crunches for example, try using your abs muscles to pull your torso off the ground, rather than pulling your head in and using your neck muscle.

Hi . I have been doing 7 min abs workout +30 side leg raises + 50 donkey kicks + 14 min full body workout (lose weight in 4 weeks )for about 20 days .
I can already see a flat belly . Can you suggest some more exercises for lean thighs and hips ?

Roberta, as I've said a few times, I do the 30-minute weight loss video every day, cellulite and arm and butt videos. However, I wanted to work on my belly and the area where I put my underwear pants, which leave that mark when we wear fair dresses. I do not have a belly, but it is flaccid, so when I do the board for example, that lot of fat falls, and I wanted to avoid it. i want she always stay in herplace Is this the right video ??? Some advice??
