I’m doing it today except I didn’t add a mushrooms. And I didn’t have any barley so when I had all my vegetables in the pot I put a bunch of cornstarch. Then I added my broth and my meat and the sauce is very thick.

There’s that barley again! I’m seeing it all over yet have none in my pantry. I’ll correct that asap.. I don’t have an instant pot, but I do have a pressure cooker so I suppose that can do the trick. Adding this one to next week’s menu. Cheers !
