How to Understand Law and Policy in the Urban Governance Context - Webinar

The law & policy webinar series is driven by the underlying question of the difference between law and policy -- as both law and policy domains seem increasingly intertangled, especially within the context of urban governance. The webinar series hosts four sessions that will discuss topics which include: an introduction to understanding law and policy, investigating changes in planning law in Belgium & the Netherlands, European directives, and contemporary law and policy issues in regeneration projects.
