I've installed once peppermint os on old laptop and it was interesting os. Sometimes I have been looking on their website if the new version is released. It is cool to see that they released new version

In this days because GPU acceleration... coul be in some cases the extrange situation of a heavy desktop being faster than a basic one.

This was first see in Windows 7 aero running faster under GPU than the classic desktop that use more software rendering besides being more simple to draw.
