This is complicated. They are bad, mean and deceitful. The problem is, they fill normal to do this because they don’t know they are narcs. At least my girlfriend doesn’t now. When I told her, she started to watch videos on narcs and came to me: you are a narc because you did this, you did this etc. It’s all about you, you, you…blame shifting. They make no mistakes, they cannot fill reprimanded. Is all about people around, it’s their fault. Their brain is working in another way that the brain of a normal person. We talk with them logic, but logic they don’t understand. They will neve4 change since they do nothing wrong. So, trying to blame them for being mean, make no s3nse. They don’t understand this. Best thing to do is to talk to them like they are dead. Get rid of them and go no contact. Everything you say, you loose energy and solve nothing. If you go no contact, you hurt them a bit because they fill unimportant. They will found another victim and their miserable life will continue. Be happy you’re not engaged with such a scumbag. When I broke my female narc, I wished her to live 100 years. Because she cannot be happy. She wasn’t, not even for one day. That’s the best spell to course on them.

Thanks for your videos. I got discarded out of the blue after two years. We had gotten engaged and bought a beautiful home together and renovated it all by ourselves. I should have known better...I was her 4th relationship, but she said that her brain had rewired after having her kids with her 3rd husband. It turns out she had monkey branched throughout. I was truly hurt bc I did love her and became super attached to her kids. I was hurt because we had to live together for six months before I could move out and saw it all unfold right in front of my eyes. Interestingly, when she was home, it was like nothing had ever happened. We were civil and even loving, so I still had hope. And it was not all terrible... I surmise she was on the low end of the narc spectrum. The relationship lacked depth and it was one sided, but still something that seemed working for. Luckily, I connected the dots and found these resources and it all made sense all of a sudden and that was highly therapeutic. She married her now husband (very rich person - she always had fantasies of money and power) three months after I moved out. I congratulated her at the office (we work for the same company) and just left it at "you love whom you love." She smiled, but her body language told me she was pissed - I guess she expected a different reaction from me. And... part of the hurt was also that her husband just moved in, in a house into which I had put in so much work. I am not angry at her. She had some severe childhood trauma. I do wish her well and pray that she will find the werewithal to reflect and find some healing. There is no point in seeking revenge...these people have some tough back stories - not for us to solve. I refocused my mental energy back unto myself and I can really see myself coming out of this pretty soon.

Truth be told everything you said is all facts...the exposure it's nothing to them it's not revenge at all because their family already know how they are...so what's new 🤷🏽‍♀ nothing! Narcs well the narc i know loves drama so there's no revenge for that... Well there is revenge and it's what you said leave them alone don't say shhhh at all, move on with your life no matter how much it hurts just tell yourself it's only feelings i will be alright.

How about if it is revealed 2 of her kids have the wrong father
