2:18 "The origin doesn't necessarily have to be" was correct the first time! Y sé esto porque mi origen es de América! (Y yo enseño inglés). Pero la palabra es siempre "have" cuando la oracion es negativa.

Tengo una pregunta: he visto una frase con ser de + infinitivo
La frase es: ¿por qué soy de amor herido?
¿Cuándo usamos ser de + infinitivo?
Gracias de antemano

Romina, you once said you were a lawyer. So, are you a professor, lawyer or both.

If "El auto es de mi hermana" translates to "It is my sister's car" then how would you say in Spanish "The car is from my sister". Would it not be the same, with two different meanings. Perhaps my sister bought me the car as a gift and it is mine.

Why is it, Las llaves son de Carlos and not Las llaves es de Carlos?

1- Yo soy de indio.
2- Mi computadora es de españa.
3- El carro es de plástico.
4- El bolígrafo es de mi madre.

Please correct my sentences if I have written any wrong..

Hi yah! I know this vid is two years ago. But saying the same thing in Spanish then in English makes my head hurt. I'm already in the zone in Spanish listening, then you have to say the same thing again but in English. I think that's veey inefficient. But I guess a lot of folks are liking that. Oh well. It's a free lesson. Can't really complain, right?
