*[[Joh 3:5]] KJV* Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Is baptism related to entering the kingdom of god?

*[[Mat 21:31]] the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you. ( Pharisees)

Why?

*[[Mat **21:32**]] KJV* For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, (Pharisees) ye had seen it, repented not afterward, that ye might believe him.

So the publicans and harlots were baptised of John.

So Jesus said in this Parable said you had to be baptised to enter the kingdom.

Notice I didn't have to manipulate scripture as you did.

The criminal on the crucifix next to Jesus was not Baptised and Jesus said to him "you will be with me in paradise" so no need for water baptism

Being born of water is baptism in water for the remission of sins, and being born of the spirit is baptism of the holy ghost, which is receiving the gift of the holy ghost. Period. You theologians make things too complicated because you are carnal minded. Water baptism is part of the gospel so it is absolutely necessary. Before you obey the gospel of Jesus Christ, you must be born again to see the kingdom of God (John 3:3).
