We must be born again!
Then Jesus has baptized you with the Holy Spirit.

A man must be born of water and Spirit means u need Water and Spirit
A baby is born of both water from womb and Spirit when it cries so when a man is born again he is baptized in water and receive the Holy Spirit that accompanied by a sound tongues

You got to born again of the spirit, your mother, your earthly daddy can't give it to you . To be born again of the spirit must comes from GOD. It's not inheritance. No men or women can teach you. You got to be born again of the spirit.
