I built two grappling dummies, One for standing and one for the ground. Great in the garden on a nice day!

It’s good that this is digestible and manageable, sometimes there is an overwhelming amount of information online and it ends up not really sinking in.
It’s hard to remember things but in a simple 10 point system like this i think it’s very effective. Great tips…

Thank you Neil, excellent advice. Your explainations of the dynamics behind the throws are very good and will help a lot of people.

Nice to see you're still launching people all over the place like you used to do with me at Solihull JC back in the day.... Btw, after a break of more years than I'll admit too, I'm back on the mat following my young Regards.

Thank you for another great video! The problem, as in all physical activities (tennis, dancing, etc.), is that having a partner is critical for success. Unfortunately that is not something that everyone has or can afford. 😮‍💨

I'm happy that you put this up it helps me a great deal. I'm not going to the Olympics and do this I'm going to the big tournament in Denver they called the city jail. If I can even grab their elbows and keep them between me and the rest of the crowd in the cell till the guard gets there and not get beat to death it's a win. I've studied a few different martial arts a little bit just to have something to try to do in a jam.

Thanks Neil, I have shared this with the club I run Club Flying Dragons Colchester.
My training partner is Richard Blanes and I can see your strategies in our training together

Brilliant Neil! As always, a first class delivery of vital information especially about the position of the head as I was always taught to rotate it as far as possible in the belief that the body would follow. Please, at least introduce your partner, she's an important part of your videos so it would be nice to at least know her name. Good to see her trying not to giggle on point ten. :) Please keep up the good work.
