I'll never forget how brutal it feels to be on the receiving end of this technique

Good instructor. Old school. Does it correctly.

I appreciate your videos. A big hurdle I have is learning a new language so it's helpful to have a single throw in one clip!

This is the drill we used to do every day. Brings back good memories.

In my opinion, it is one of the coolest throws. It is arguably not very beautiful or complicated, but it is just so satisfying and elegant.

Clean as a whistle, perfection is an art form.

I trained in judo in my teens and my coach was friendly with a guy called George Glass. He was 6th dan and would come down once a month to coach a session. Didn’t realise at the time how good he was. He was amazing

This one of the most basic moves in judo yet I had a hard time doing this in a match. Awesome video!

This is one of my go-to techniques in competition(blue belt) that little detail with the foot made my throw much more powerful.
