Sir but a thinning scalp is a major indicator of balding. People who do hair transplants often complain that their transplanted hair is falling off and on diagnosis it was found that the scalp was actually thinning which indicated lesser flow to blood to hair follicles and therefore they fall off. Even minoxidil can't help them at that point.
Therefore sir my point is if prolonged dermarolling of scalp actually thickens the scalp, then natural hairs(non transplanted hair) might fall off for sure, but if we get a hair transplant then is the already thicker scalp due to dermarolling should be beneficial for the newly transplanted hair isn't it?
Sir please give your valuable suggestion on this topic as I'm thinking to start dermarolling(my derma told me to start but still I'm waiting for ur response)
