Yeah, I just started microneedling and mixodil. Research I did seems to indicate they work well together. We will see. I’m only using .5 myself. Once i get use to that I will probably move up to a higher needle, maybe 1 mil. Right now .5 is painful enough! LOL. Got a long road ahead of me on this journey. I figure at least 6 months before I know if its working.

Really informative clip—any approach to treating hair loss is going to be holistic and this clip provides some excellent examples of what patients should be mindful of when considering their own treatment.

Would you do a video about the possibility of using body hair as donor hair for the scalp?

Ok, For me personally, I’ve got very slight thinning on the crown area.

Not enough to try minixidik or finasteride.

I’ve tried derma rolling as it’s convenient…
but I’ve used it for more than 6 months on a weekly basis.

Tried different depths; 1.5mm, 0.5mm and 1mm

And it has done absolutely NOTHING and I’ve given up. Gains are Nothing more and nothing less.

I decided to use it solo as I’ve read on a study that apparently micro needling on its own without the help of minoxidil is also affective… in my experience and opinion, it’s BS. Kinda reminds me of the apparent studies of ketaconozol shampoo being as effective as minoxidil.. which is bollocks (I’ve tried that too and still use it once a week) and there’s no no gains with that either.

It seems that micro needling may need to be paired with something topical.

If micro needling alone has worked on Women and mice…. I don’t believe that’s the same for men and MPB.

Is there any discussion regarding
1. Use of minoxidil in beard growth 2. mixing LCLT or L Carnitine L Tartrate to minoxidil?
3. And the scientific truth about DHT blockers in both scalp and facial hairs

Can the Hair Loss Show do an episode on the properties of the ancient herb henna for improving hair strength and preventing loss? I'm normally sceptical about broad health claims, but from accidental and personal experience, there's definitely something to it. It appears to be highly strengthening and nourishing to the hair root, apart from being antifungal and antimicrobial.

Is derma rolling without the topical drugs going to be effective? I don’t want to use the drugs, I’d rather go the natural way.

Always the most necessary videos. I wish I lived in Australia .
QQ though - What should be the frequency of derma rolling ?

The best chance anyone can give to hairs is To block DHT. Try pumpkin seed oil, saw palmetto. But do massage your scalp. Massage can do wonders. Minoxidil i won't go for personally.

Anything that increases muscle mass and strength has the potential to stretch the scalp tighter across the skull which is a primary cause of male pattern baldness. Derma rolling helps to anchor the scalp and reduce tension, therefore, reducing hair loss.

Hi doctors, please do a new video about gynecomastia as side effect from finasteride, because i wanna start finasteride, but this specific side effect is pushing me away from even trying one finasteride pill, i wanna know how we can make sure if someone is safe from getting gynecomastia, before starting finasteride, is there any specific blood tests of semen, that we can take before starting ?
