11 Weird Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Flavors (Made in Seconds)

Vanilla:
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed
- 7 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 tbsp whole milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Mini pinch of salt
This Vanilla can be considered the “BASE” recipe for all that follow
(NOTE: adding dark chocolate chips and raspberries is really good)

Hot Cheeto
- Ice cream base
- 1/2 packet hot cheeto mac n cheese powder

Milk Tea
- Ice cream base
- 1-2 bags black tea (heat cream in sauce pan and steep tea in it)

PBJ
- Ice cream base
- 1/4 cup PB (add to ice cream base)
- 1/4 cup jam (add at the very end)

Rice Krispie Treat
- Ice cream base
- Add rice krispies and mini marshmallows to taste

Hot Sauce
- Ice cream base
- 2 1/4 tsp hot sauce (use open ones or plain “cayenne” one in pantry
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 5 drops red food coloring

Pickle
- Ice cream base
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1-2 sour pickles (whole mini’s)
- After LN, add chopped pickles

Ramen
- Ice cream base
- 1/4 ramen flavor packet

Evan’s mish mosh
- Ice cream base
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch
- Cinnamon
- Mini dark chocolate chips
- Peanuts
- Extra pinch of salt

Everything ice cream base
- Ice cream base
- Everything

Quick tip on pouring LN2, pour it from the main tank into an insulated thermos for more control when pouring small amounts into tight spaces.

My local liquid nitrogen ice cream place uses a blow torch underneath when it's frozen the bowl. It's like a whole extreme show 😂 and it's SUPER creamy

The reason the peanut butter one feels creamier is because of the fat content. The less water content and more fat, the less ice crystals and better emulsion

I have 2 suggestions for future ice cream flavors: 1. Fresh pineapple with minced basil…unbelievably good. 2. Mock Strawberry Mojito using crushed frozen strawberries obviously thawed and minced mint…also really really good. Great video guys!
