The worst part about this ... is that it's 4 years old!
Imagine what they're up to now?

They spend more money to watch you, than it would cost to give you life long education, security and medical care.

Excellent movie quote that applies here: "Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should." There has to be a check on research to make sure that unethical people and those without common sense, don't seize the reins in government agencies. Judging by what I've seen over the last few years, those in power right now have NO qualms about weaponizing the government against their ideological opponents. Do these scientists working for the government have the power or the authority to stand up and say "No." to the government?

Who does Annie Jacobsen work for? I was with her until she put a happy sheen on the neural AI project and started speaking in glowing terms about DARPA's wonderful PR program, especially on the topic of vaccines. This topic goes A LOT deeper, especially regarding the relationship between *DARPA* and *CIA / In-Q-Tel* .
