You warm your car up until all of the fluids come up to operating temperature. That's how it's done. Any thing else will damage your engine and it's accessories. Of course the manufacturers want you to drive them cold. It's money in their pocket when you destroy your engine and it's accessories. Especially these new low quality cars they are building now. They aren't meant to last as it is.

horse shit. the only reason they say that is because they want to lower emissions. Fact ur oil pressure is always higher at start up when the oil is cold. starting and going will put unnecessary stress on engine seals all over, like rear main seals, valve cover gaskets, timing chain gaskets etc. Just lock ur doors if u let it run.
