Breakfast out of a propane stove on the back of a truck, in the cold mountain air with a hot cup of coffee hits so much different. Probably one of the best things in the world. Better than any resturant. Also the food choice you made was literally perfect. People don't know how good making your own sausage patty is.

Damn... I’m a 6’5” dude and I weigh 275 lbs, I’m not sure I could eat all that in one sitting. That was a beast of a breakfast. Looks amazing though.

Mav, when you’re cooking potatoes if you salt the potatoes before you put them in the pan they will just draw moisture out when you’re cooking and they will be soggy. Don’t salt till after they are cooked to your crisp-liking.
