It is possible. I did it with help from this lady's advice.

I think “solitude therapy” could be the key.

Is a process of allowing your mind to silence from outside influences or judges/ or abuses and being able to hear and learn to trust your own inner voice again. It’s harder in modern society because we are constantly being watched, and judged, reinforcing the idea that “all people are the same” instead of allowing our minds to see things for what they are and judge them properly.

As a child, we have a sort of “pure eye “. Children tend to see the truth and tell the truth effortlessly.... but over time that part becomes lost without proper encouragement.

It’s peculiar that the Bible says. “ be as a child” etc

Anna, this work you are doing is so important please never forget this....you are helping people who get lost in the cracks, and lose all hope, and end up constantly in despair....Please keep up the good work, and if you are looking for others to help with the cause....maybe in expanding into coaching people who suffer from childhood PTSD contact me as I am a coach and I would love to join you in the great work that you are doing....so happy you stepped forward to do this work...

I know I have some times when I feel like I am almost back to who I was, and think I could try Life/function again. Then CPTSD hits again. I have had trauma after Trauma while in recovery with all my defenses down. I'm 64 now and SO tired. I try to stay focused on the small accomplishments & steps forward, instead of my head knowledge of where I want to be. I wish I could not see the things I can no longer do & be satisfied with what I AM Grateful for. Wish I could afford you, but barely pay my TC
Thx for your encouragement 💓

It takes time to heal. First step is awareness and then being able to identify our emotions and challenge them. I have to challenge every false narrative in my head

...doubts, not being able to make choices, especially under stress.

Healing is possible. It takes time, it can be a little painful, but no more than staying the same. Have hope, don't be too hard on yourself... Mistakes are normal. One step at a time. Reflect, love and forgive yourself, then commit to doing better. Believe in yourself!

My social problems have improved, in part thanks to these videos 🙂. I have better relationships, I feel part of a friend group for the first time, even animals approach me more lol. I'm not 100% there yet, but progress continues.

This happens also to people who have Real Burnouts, too many chronic stressors in a row, or from too many adult traumas. Braindamages from to much stress is today a known fact, from too much shocking change, or sounds, or too much workload, and too much things to be delt with at a time, or too much input were we have to take all in, at a row constantly being exposed to all too much, that which we as humans, cannot hold or change.

Most do not recognize that at all, cause it makes you be seen as "weak", too high expectations today on how people "should" a lot, that also, can beat us down, eat at our cores, and give these symtoms. If we on top of all stressors from todays life, have had some bad childhood-adolescent experiences, we are double in danger of having huge And most of us, have had to cope with more than one trauma in life.

Society do not help or even recognize it where I live, its all about medication, as the only way to deal with these things. They just want people to numb it down, and go on, or else....
Your videos is Great, have a good calming effect, wise facts in them, to recognize and start healing. Thank you!

I've been doing your technique for about a month and its made a big difference for me. I don't feel as plagued by the thoughts of the past and im really recognizing the difference between my emotions that are healthy and real vs dysregulation and blowing my stack. Even how I feel about responding to people is different from the past. I now can look beyond what's in front of me and I still have moments of freezing in panic and terror but I can take a break now, and its ok to take that break, write and meditate for a few minutes to regain my clarity and actually discuss the matter with out crying my eyes out and feeling like an idiot. Thank you, thank you, thank you i really appreciate all of your hard work in this Anna and would have still been spinning my wheels, stuffing my feelings and loosing my mind on the way to divorce court. Even my husband is joining in on the program.

Thank you! A lot of what you describe sounds siminar to my diagnosed borderline, and the mindfulness technique which has proven quite powerful. Your summary at the end was perfect, all of those things that are waiting when you feel safe. Very inspiring, Ill share this with my therapist.

Hi, Anna. Love the videos. Can you link to the research on brain dysregulation and CPTSD?

I have binge watched your material for the past week, and I truly resonate with what you're saying. I have started doing your written and meditation exercise on releasing fears and resentment. I hope to God it works. I feel defective at this stage.

Love you, Anna -- you've been such a tremendous help to me and many of us. You are right: a lot of conventional treatment methods and diagnostic tools fall short, so many of us have to find some way to heal on our own. Things are changing, though! Ref: Dr. Gabor Mate. I am excited about the future and when I get better, I hope to help others who are going through the same thing. You are a gem and an inspiration. Sometimes, you are the only one who's there for me on a bad day. Keep up the great work!
