I think your attitude that swimwear in bars and eateries is best kept to those first line beach locations is spot on. Personally however, to eat in a bikini I’d only be comfortable being outside with sand under my feet.!

Same in England re, rubbish left behind from festivals, parties etc. Only yesterday i attended a free Picnic in the Park event. With Music etc. Yet people still left their rubbish. Terrible, as it is so easy to take it home and dispose of correctly.

Don't worry Stu, the younger generation has plenty of time to get older. It won't be long before they're walking their pets out of touch from the bothersome music, wondering why the youngsters are so careless. They might be the future, but their future will only commence once they are older. For now they are noisy, messy, and make the rest of us worry.

Thank you for mentioning where in Spain you are located. I had been wondering for several episodes. Even though the architecture is different from the Costa del Sol, I kept thinking you were someplace in Andalucia. Your being in the outskirts of Madrid gives me a sense of context. Best wishes.

Hey Stu, hello from Pozuelo de Alarcon. It's a lot cleaner now than when I first came here in 1980 - then there was knee deep trash inside bars. Now, you never see that. It takes a while to change.

I've been cleaning up beaches and natural spaces in Ibiza for the last 38 years and it seems like we're not winning the battle to stop people trowing their garbage on the floor, despite the increase in litter bins and recycling facilities. We even have an association called 'Ibiza Limpia' dedicated to this task, but I can't see much light at the end of the tunnel so far! 💚

Being Old fashion, the less skin seen is better. The sexiest swim wear are one pieces. Leaves more to the Imagination!

Definitely at least a tank top, shorts on beach side. Other places short sleeve shirt, shirts or pants. Tourist should be respectful to others.

Hi Stuart...re what to wear in the street/restaurant.. i feel the second you step off the beach put a little beavh dress on or men put a t-shirt on its common courtesy, restaurant's dont want people sat dripping in water as most have cushions on the chair its bad manners imo.
