My biggest thing is putting stuff on a routine. I'm actually planning on sitting down tonight and really thinking through and reworking my PM routine. There's so much stuff there that doesn't seem to get done. Mornings are good. I under-schedule them so I have lots of erelaxxtra time for "slippage". And I put my AM tasks in order of importance so I don't have to switch things up. If I'm really behind schedule, I can finish out whatever's on the routine (in the order I wrote it up) and relax knowing that whatever I missed was less important/urgent than anything I actually did.
