I am 54, so the thought of lose skin really doesn't bother me that much because I don't wear revealing clothes anyway. I would rather look and feel better than worry about it but I do what I can to take care my skin. I have been on a whole food only Keto diet since January and I started exercising using a compact cycle machine 30 minutes daily in February. Then in March, I added walking my dog daily to my routine. I started out slow at about a mile a day about 20 minutes and slowly increased to now walking him 3.3-4.3 miles every morning. I am losing an average of 9lbs a month and drinking plenty of water so I should reach my goal weight of 136lbs by my birthday in February of 2024.

Thanks I have total 140lb to lose for overall health. Currently shooting for 100lbs. Concerned about the deflated looking loose skin. I am older & would just be glad to lose the weight. Mentally in better head space & I am ready to give it another go & make the necessary changes for this super lifestyle change. You look really good. Ey man I put on a lot of weight in a very short amount of time because of depression. I always used to be very fit, had a very nice physique and the idea of losing weight and having lose skin was always scary to me. But this video helped me to convince myself to start losing this weight. Thank you for your reassuring words.

Immediately subscribed! Love this! I've lost 45 lbs (out of the 116+ that I need to lose) and loose skin has been heavy on my mind lately and I found this video! So thank you for this video! I love heavy weight training so hopefully I'll come out good on the loose skin side. I try to eat high protein and staying hydrated, I deff need to be drinking more water though. I know Im gonna have loose skin because I have saggy fat. People who are saggy fats will always have loose skin no matter what they do. People who have a fat that makes them appear as if they balloon outward do not have nearly as much of an issue with loose skin. Because they're fat body just pushes the skin out where the skin does not lose its elasticity
