I was so stupefied when I realized just how outrageously versatile vinegar is as a household product. Like I feel like I've uncovered some lost secret from a bygone age. Big Vinegar needs to up their marketing lol.

I love how your videos even feel minimalist! Hate how so many youtubers over fluff around their content, whilst yours are wonderfully concise.

Baking soda is actually a good household cleaner too. It's great for cleaning drains, tubs, toilets, sinks. Between vinegar and baking soda I don't need a multipurpose cleaner.

Absolutely loved watching this!! I found that once i started decluttering what i no longer needed or never really liked to begin with, not only did i have more physical space in my room but also more mental clarity. I even find myself going through my belongings when I feel mentally stuck or uninspired and just the act alone of taking care of my home and my belongings makes room for inspiration to flow in. 💛✨

I live in NYC and life is quite small here, but I love the challenge! I totally agree that buying "home goods" is like a triple whammy... it doesn't serve purpose, its create clutter, and you spent money on it. love your message! totally agree! xoxo- Marlo

This content is really helpful for me. I'm trying to quit being a stress spender (which is a bad combo with an anxiety disorder) and this is helping me consume less and save money!

So needed your message today, Immy...going to curate my kitchen gadgets soon. As you do travel to see your partner overseas, might you ever do a lower impact overseas travel video or series...what you carry on board with you on the plane, what you pack, self care during travel, etc.? There are lots of “what’s in my travel bag” videos out there but I don’t see much from vegan zero wasters/low impact folks...it’s a real gap that would certainly benefit those of us who are planning international travel. Again, thanks for another calming and straightforward video. 💕

I find that, besides the vinegar, the bicarbonated is PERFECT for cleaning! I was really surprised and happy when I discover it. In fact, for clean almost all the surface, I use a mixture of water, vinegar, essential oil (sometime I also use lemon juice) and when the dirt is a little bit hard to remove I use bicarbonate.

My top tip is: if you don't love it, haven't worn it in the last week (bar event clothes), it doesn't fit - give it away! And with event clothes only have one set ie a dress and shawl and a suit. My room used to be full to the brim of stuff now I've got 5 bits of furniture and I am looking to just have 2 or 3. Base line: something to sleep on, something to wear, and sometimes something to do.

A great video, we both LOVED it!! You mentioned about gifts received that you might not love - and started to think about gifts to give a minimalist, Maybe you can do a video for this in the future? Thanks!!!

In addition to vinegar, I only use good old green soap for cleaning. Soft, environmental friendly, and really cheap!

I have too many hair clips elastics etc. I’m just contributing to plastic waste. Im doing a trial of 2 metal barrettes. I have a bamboo comb and a curling iron. I think it will be enough. I’m experimenting with bar shampoo from the bulk barn that comes without a wrapper.
Thanks for the information and inspiration. I’ve also discovered vinegar in a spray bottle is a great conditioner and de-tangler. Who knew?!
