Body Transformation Time Lapse Part 1

In March 2018, I got hit by a car and broke my left elbow. I was unable to exercise for 6 months and I piled on the weight. After those six months of inactivity, I decided that it was time to get back into shape. I had always been fairly consistent in the gym, but my weight yo-yo'd throughout the years due to inconsistent diets and fluctuations in motivation. This time around, however, I decided to track my progress meticulously and make a more sustainable lifestyle change that would benefit me both physically and mentally. The key factor for my sustainable weight loss was the tracking of my caloric intake and macronutrient distribution in MyFitnessPal.

I hope this post motivates others who might be going through similar struggles or are considering making significant lifestyle changes themselves. Stay tuned for Part 2, where I take up running and the hair goes crazy due to the Covid Lockdown.
