Exterior is much nicer, but the screen FFS. Driving my 7.5 in constantly rainy conditions and the one button press for the windscreen de-mister is essential. So much safer!

Much dependence on the screen, even for simple things like the air conditioner.

Weird that this has the honeycomb lights but lots of other videos and pictures show they aren’t bringing it to the facelift gti…is it an option or something?

They totally fixed the looks, transforming the worst looking GTI in one of the best.
Too bad it's too expensive, they've removed the manual and the interior is still a "meh".

The crappy "piano black" glossy plastic on the console is already scratched up and smudged to death. WHY do automakers continue to put this garbage into otherwise-decent cars? Boggles the mind.
