Shopping List:
1 lb chicken (cooked)
eggroll wrappers
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
2 cups spinach
8 oz pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup corn
cilantro garnish
2 tbsps butter
AP seasoning
1 tbsp garlic
smoked paprika, chili powder, chicken bouillon powder
oil for frying

Avocado Mayo:
1/2 cup may
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 Large avocado or 1 small
1 packet ranch seasoning mix

I love making these at home! I love that you are recreating restaurant recipes! Just a friendly fyi, Chili's uses flour tortillas as the egg roll wrapper. I'm sure it's just as delicious with a traditional egg roll wrapper though.

Been watchin you for years i luv your recipes 😊. When rolling egg rolls iys easiest to start from the corner closest to you and use the outer folds to lock in the filling. Then you roll it over ❤
