I started using your methods in the middle of my last exam month, and I just wanted to say I genuinely appreciate your effort and would love to share this little story in the faculty of medicine.
I had problems regarding three subjects, first one is about different tissues in the body. Your methods helped me to memorize each individual tissue and its properties location etc... and I still remember them until now compared to other subjects I studied "for the test" as you described it and I almost forgot them now.
The second one is medical vocabulary as we have to learn the English words for the stuff we are learning about (English is not my country's main language). Your tips helped me memorize abbreviations very fast and I didn't need to revise them.
The last one is a bland social studies subject added for no reason whatsoever. But again thanks to you I managed to power throught it despite it being much more difficult to remember.

It starts when I write down my grocerie list..but forget to take the list with me.
I still (almost) never forget any item on that list...

...although I still with to not forget to take that list with me in the 1st place anywhere :D

This method was used by one of the topnochers in a board exam. For the remaining 1 month he wrote every topics of the exam. Veryyy effective.
