The Solfeggio frequency of 528Hz is said to be a “Miracle Tone” and the frequency of self love. All my life I have struggled with self love. Ever since I was a little girl. Nothing my parents would say could change that, no matter how much they fed me praises and told me how wonderful I was, I struggled with feelings of worthlessness. Even coming from a Christian home, I struggled to truly feel loved. All because I didn't love my self. I cared more about what my peers saw and what they thought. I had to find my inner self to believe I was truly worth something. The devil is a lie. Cast out all negative feelings and put on the shield of love. Care for yourself because no one else will. Life is too short to be unhappy. Love will give you peace. I wish peace and love to all reading this. This meditation has definitely helped me!
