These comments though, what authentic souls you all are, my tribe, I needed to read these comments and hear this tranquil music, I am a survivor of toxic abuse from siblings, mom, ex husband ex boyfriend and now I'm 38 years old and realizing I have never been loved unconditionally, and I need to heal from childhood and all I have put myself through, and realize I can love myself, I may not know what love is, but all those that manipulated and projected on me for years were put in my life to teach me what love is not. My children now have to deal with toxic fathers and their family's, I wanted to break generational cycles but repeated them for my 4 kids instead, I will keep educating them and pray they can end this madness, they need to love themselves and remember no one can make you happy but yourself. I am so lighthearted now after reading these comments, so thank you very much and always keep where the light is, when you have been to the darkest parts of your own subconscious, it makes you appreciate light and those that were able to find it and maintain balance between light and dark. I listened to this this morning and relived one of my most painful childhood memories. When my heart and spirit were broken.
I was able to realize that’s the real reason I’m devastated when love in the present moment ends-it triggers the excruciating pain of being broken by your parent-the one person you trusted to protect you.
Through the music and the affirmations, I began to feel a deep peace & felt the pain melting into the earth.
I imagined the earth gently taking all my pain away from me and transforming it.
