Id replace the sour cream and cheese and put a light scoop of rice and extra beans. Might be a lil over 500 but it gets you feeling well fed. I normally eat half at lunch and the rest for dinner

When I make my diet chipotle bowl I use pork or chicken, rice or beans never both, all the salsas except for corn, cheese and lettuce.

I get double chicken and make them pour more after asking for the first scoop, light rice, light sour cream light everything other than the cheese I usually ask for extra for more protein

Respectfully, you did math wrong. 165 calories of half chicken half steak is acceptable, 155 for salsa and beans is correct, however you somehow say sour cream and cheese combined is 165 when it really is 220 combined, meaning the entire caloric intake with lettuce here is 545 calories. Nice vid, just not accurate.
