1.Focus on below average students.
2.use simple language... slowly, empathetically, observe the students face, show affection and smile on teaching..
4.Revision prior class.
5.Be patience.
6. Sense of humour is must..be friendly in 2 mins.
7.Remove the fear..teach for 30 to 40 mins.
Remaining 10 to 20 mins leave it to the students..
