HAHA, Dynamite... YES. Haven't tried that. Been using a Felco hand held pruning saw for tree branches. It's darn sharp so it folds up for safety. My new favorite toy. I've been splitting them into bitty little sections and throwing them in cell packs to grow in. I'll try healing them in next because I DON'T think they'll overwinter in flats here in cold windy Chicago. We lose grasses left and right. Even if we split them in early spring, so I'm taking note of the date on this video... June. Maybe a cool vs warm season issue. I split over 200 Karl Foresters last year in a raised bed with soil. I've been pulling up what I need, splitting them again into cell flats and potting them when they're ready. Its working and helps with a limited space. Lots of good information in this video. Thanks always for your expertise!!! You must absolutely love your life.
