I am so excited for this video. I finally separated my banana plant pups und potted them up. Let me know what you think!

The ingredients for the soil I use:
Basic soil for house plants
Lechuza Pon - mineral plant substrate, suitable for all plants
Coconut Coir

I literally eye-ball all the ingredients. Don't ask me for measurements.

Thanks for watching!

An update on how your pups are doing? :)
Are the little ones still alive?

id say next time you seperate them move some soil out of the way and dig a little with your hand to see whats happening with the roots so that when you cut you know what you are about to get. The first pup you cut around may have had more roots to come with it but for the way it was cut so that may be a better way to go about it for next time

It's "plant pups" and not "banana pups"... anyway, I had fun making this video! Hope you like it, too!

Those pots looked a little big for such small root systems...

She did a poor job of cutting out the pup without bulb/roots. It must have died and hence no update video and nor is she answering questions on the update. Plants are too sensitive and ideal thing would have been to remove the whole plant from the pot and cut pump with more bulb and roots.
