Potting a propagated avocado seed

Potting a propagated avocado seed - I'm so hooked to propagating avocados ☺️ I have a bunch of them in a drawer, some still haven't started growing, some have roots and some have sprouted a stem. Well, it's time to pot one.
.
This seed sprouted in a wet paper towel inside a ziplock bag. Since the root grew upwards instead of downwards, I put the seed in water, until the roots straightened and grew longer.
.
I cut off some of the roots before potting. I usually don't do that with young cuttings or newly sprouted seeds, but the roots were too long for the pot. Don't worry, the plant will be fine. Root pruning promotes new root growth. .
.
I potted the seed in a mix of peat moss, perlite and pumice. .
.
Unfortunately, trees grown from seed will take a long time to produce fruit, and if they produce it, it may be small, it may not be edible, and it surely won't be as good as the mother plant. The best way to produce good-quality fruit is to grow seedlings and then graft them with a good quality avocado plant.
.
I could have done this better, but I decided to post the video anyway, since it's a good opportunity to learn. What would you have done differently here, if anything?
