How to correctly enter dividends in Xero (2022)

This is useful for entering dividends but doesn’t help you create dividend vouchers and minutes which is a legal requirement before paying and entering dividend payment. Xero also apparently supports this feature.

Hi, I use this method for my dividends, I dont do anything else, but my previous years dividends still show on this years balance sheet, do you know how to rectify this? Or is this how it sould appear? Thanks
