Haven't been able to use hammocks bc back surgery but this would work. Always appreciated simplified camp sites and was jealous of those hammock tents...problem solved

I like the one that you can raise the head to be able to read and it seems that the rain shield is longer. I don’t know what the weight limit is in these. That would be helpful as I have an eight year old that hopes in my bed with me.

Yup its expensive like riding a Cadillac. I got one because its comfortable. Its got a special place to keep your bear spray and weapons.

Make a full shelter hammock so you can change clothes in a public camping area without being seen. Make the rain fly so that it can drape to the ground and close around the ends of the hammock. Then you’ve got a real winner!

I see I am so small minded, I laid on the mats on the ground, shelters, tents, tarps, Then I discovered I love hammocks now. This thing looks cool tho.

Try one out first before purchase . I don’t get sea sick but a night of slowly rocking can mess up your equilibrium .
