I'm using 5HTP right now, it's been more than 4 months so I'll say it works cause I'm stable. I can have a bad day from time to time but not days or a week of depression and anxiety. and I'm doing some Tabata and yoga too.

I suffer from anxiety severely but it's especially worsens socially. I don't take xanax anymore but is there anything I can take if I'm going to the grocery store or visiting a group of people that kind of works the way xanax does?? I tried valerian root and for some reason it didn't do anything for me. Didn't make me sleepy not one bit. I'm open to suggestions because this social anxiety thing is starting to become like a handicap in my life I can't enjoy my friends and family and although my girlfriend is supportive I know she would like to get out more.

Should I take niacin extra on top of b complex . I get severe anxiety and used to take b complex for years. When I stopped I ended up on Zoloft .

Im tell u now Ashwaganda is a miracle supplement. When i have my panic attacks or anxiety moments i would take ashwaganda and within 15 min im good. I feel like lately i need something that controls the nerves in your stomach because once i have random scary thoughts that come from out of nowhere the first body part i feel it in is my stomach and then my bowels. Ive studied where there is a direct nerve from the brain to the stomach that can drive u craxy during anxiety moments nd I have days where i can control it. But last night an overwhelming attack took me out of my sleep and had me ruminating with a upset stomach. What would be recommended for stomach anxiety?? I blame 2020 hell.
