Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach to eating which focuses on turning cues to eat inward, using our sensations of hunger, fullness, and satiety. Unlike dieting, the focus is not on weight or specific foods to include or exclude; all foods can fit into intuitive eating. In this webinar, University of New Hampshire alumna Laila Hammam MS, RD, LDN ’06 reviewed the principles of Intuitive Eating including rejecting the diet mentality, making peace with food, challenging the food police, coping with emotions without using food, and respecting your body.

Thats probably why I want a large salad with salmon at 7 in the morning with a donut on the side and large dark coffee.
