UPDATE:
The devs at battle.net have said this is an issue on their end and will be fixed soon! Hopefully this video helped a bit but know that they are fixing it now.

im far from a tech guy but this video has really helped me speed up the DL process. i was literally down to 3.52mb/s. Afer watching this, i was able to jump to 15.38mb/s .. thank you for this video!
