Also try this guide for better ethernet speeds, it helped increase my download speeds in general. If you're using a wifi adapter this won't really apply to you but you can have a look if you want to..

Open the start menu type in "view network connections", Right click your ethernet adapter. click properties, then click configure..

follow this link



go to Addendum for the list of settings and adjust them accordingly.

This didn't do a thing for me. All my other game service have download speeds of around 75 MB/s and Game pass only gets 12MB/s at the highest.
