My hair has gotten thicker and silkier. No split ends. No dry spots on my skin. Age > 50 no wrinkles no make up. My sister has thinning hair, so I bought 300 cans of sardines from Costco (on sale) to share with her, but she refuses to eat them. Now, I eat sardines all day, at work, at home, and I just love the convenience. Put inside my backpack and go anywhere. I saved so much money, and they keep me healthy.

Coming from a country where fresh sardines are abundant, I can assure you that dishes prepared with fresh sardines are the most delicious. I am from Morocco and here we rarely eat canned sardine. In the summer season, sardine is even more delicious and full of its natural oil ie full of omega 3. If you ever happen to come to Morocco as a tourist in the summer, I recommed you look for street food for grilled sardine you won't ever forget the experience

Love canned sardines and have been eating them since i was a KID! My Mom used to make us Sardine sandwiches, with butter and a little mustard, SO good..! Funny story, at work everyday at about 4:30 or so I used to go to the main kitchen and eat a can of Sardines as my afternoon protein snack. It grossed out most ppl but I didn't care. There was one very cute girl who stopped by and also said she loved sardines! We have been together for almost 8 years now, it worked! haha..:D

I’ve ate sardines every day- one can a day since I’ve seen this video. 3 months now and I have been told that I look “buff” by co workers and am more productive and feel better. I believe in this super food. Thank you Doctor !

Sardines are great. Don’t worry about the bones because they’re soft and add a little texture. Try sautéing onions, garlic, tomato, salt pepper, then add sardines and heat through, then stir in basil or cilantro. Squeeze lemon or lime. Delicious and very savory!

If anyone has trouble eating sardines, just do it after a 24 hour fast and they taste pretty good. That’s how I eat them anyway.

I'd never heard of the sardine fast or even tried a sardine before I saw this video. Today I'm on day 3 of nothing but sardines and coffee or water. I'm really surprised at how "full" I feel all the time. Yesterday I realized I opened the fridge 3 times out of boredom, out of habit, not because I was at all hungry. Thanks for the tip, Doc.

I was diagnosed with RA in my 40's, then PMR at 62. I was put on Prednisone for my PMR and methotrexate for my RA. 17 months later I discovered Keto and got off Prednisone in 3 months, but remained on methotrexate because every time I tried to taper off I got pain in my hands and wrists. After 6 months on Keto I managed to drop a little but progress was slow. I had tried Glucosamine · Chondroitin in my 40's and it did nothing so I wasn't going to try that again. I read that sardines were good for joint pain so I bought a case. I ate one tin a day and in 30 days was able to drop some more and was seeing good progress, then, in December of 2018 Dr. Berry said he was going to do this carnivore thing, so I followed his lead. In mid January of 2019 I began a rapid taper and was off Methotrexate in 2 weeks, with no pain. My RA pain is a thing of the past.

My mom was a big proponent of sardines. I grew up on them and still eat them. You are 100% correct!

Love sardines in mustard, my dad introduced them to me when I was young. It was our thing, everyone else in the family hated them!!! Still love them at 65.

When I went on keto about six months ago, sardines were a staple. My sense of well-being and health increased dramatically. I included them with my egg and onions, mushrooms, garlic and arugula. I would swap out between sardines, organic beef, and organic chicken.

I have a tin of sardines, 2 eggs and an avocado every day when I break my fast around 11am. 5pm I have my main meal with either chicken, steak or pork with low carb vegetables on a very big plate with lots on it. On the weekends I have a few zero carb beers. I’ve gone from 320lbs to 210lbs in one year and I’m still dropping weight but only very slowly now. Never ever do I feel hungry. People who haven’t seen me for a while comment on how I’ve done it. I simply tell them to YouTube Dr Ken Berry or Dr Ben Bickman. I’m 58 now and I didn’t feel this good when I was 30. Thanks to discovering my new keto lifestyle. Chronic Psoriasis gone, Psoriatic arthritis gone all because I stopped eating cereal, bread and spuds.

I never liked sardeens until I found a "fish cake" recipe for them on a carnivore YouTube channel. 2 cans sardeens, drained. 1 egg. Garlic powder, salt and smoked paprika to taste. Form into 2 cakes. Fry in ghee or whatever floats your boat. Top with mustard~enjoy! Keeps me full for HOURS!

I was raised on sardines. My parents gave us a dose of cod liver oil every day when we were growing up. We were healthy and I still eat my sardines with mustard and saltines. Yum!!!🥰

I eat Sardines pretty much everyday! My favorite ones are the ones that i ate while I was in Valencia!😍😋😋 I just had a can of sardines with the bones and scales on my leafy green salad with an avocado and topped it off with my organic extra Virgin cold pressed olive oil. So delicious!

I'd eat them, just because they have a great effect on my satiety alone. Sardines and liver for some reason, complete shut down my usually insatiable hunger.
Hard to find them in brine here, though. Usually have to buy frozen, because the canned ones are always in oil. And even if it's labelled 'extra vergin olive oil'...I don't trust that. I'll only use olive oil from specific, reputable manufacturers... because everything else is likely not pure olive oil or tainted in some other way.

In addition to sardines Herring (kippers in brine) and North Atlantic Mackerel both good choices especially for those that won't eat sardines.

Fisherman's breakfast ( as we call it in my house) will always be my favorite sardine meal. Plop them in a pan with a little butter crack in 4 or 5 eggs scramble in pan to your liking. Finished! So yummy! You can even top with a little cheese of choice. Easy and delicious.
