Has there ever been any evidence of anyone experiencing health problems or dying from eating tuna? I've been looking everywhere, but all I can find is "tuna contains mercury" (like every other fish). Countless ancient tribes have lived on nothing but fish every day their entire lives, and I've still never heard about a death or disease caused by excessive fish consumption. A few scientists have died from exposure to super-concentrated mercury in a laboratory, but that amount was billions of times more concentrated than what would be found in many, many pounds of fresh tuna..

What do you mean that's our green light to fish? You have several experts each saying contradictory things. How is that a green light to anything other than confusion?

Canned Mackrel and wild salmon are low in mercury and high in omega 3. I take them instead of Tuna.

I will say that I’ve been eating 2 cans of tuna almost every day for around a year and I have no health problems. I would say I am very healthy because of it actually. I am just trying to see if I can be more healthy but the protein is so good in tuna
